Welcome to Your Focus Session
Take a Deep Breath: Inhale deeply through your nose, allowing your lungs to fill completely. Hold for a moment, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this three times.
Set an Intention: Close your eyes and visualize the goals you wish to accomplish today. State your intention out loud or in your mind. For example, "I will approach my tasks with clarity and purpose."
Ground Yourself: Imagine roots going into the ground anchoring yourself firmly in the earth.
Imagine a Golden Light all around you. Take a deep breathe in. Hold it for as long as you can and then breathe out slowly.
